These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, USA, and any dispute arising out of them belongs in the state or federal courts sitting in Wyoming.

Using this site

The guides are published for anyone to read. You are welcome to apply the methods to your own channels, adapt them, and build on them commercially. What you may not do is republish the written guides wholesale as your own work.

No guarantee of results

Everything here describes what has worked on specific channels at a specific time. YouTube changes its recommendations, model providers change their pricing, and niches saturate. Nothing on this site is a promise of views, subscribers, revenue, or monetization approval. You are responsible for the channels you run and for staying inside YouTube's own policies.

Costs are yours

The methods here run on your own API keys, which means you contract directly with the model providers and pay them at their rates. Those costs are between you and the provider. This site does not resell model access, does not mark it up, and has no visibility into what you spend.

Purchases

Paid products are sold and delivered through Whop, which handles checkout, payment, access, and receipts. Buying a product means you also accept Whop's terms. This site does not process payments and never holds your card details.

A purchase gives you a licence to use the materials for your own channels and client work, including modifying them. It does not give you the right to resell, redistribute, or repackage the materials for sale, whether modified or not.

Refunds

All sales are final. Because a purchase gives you the materials themselves rather than access to a service, there is no refund window and no partial-use return. If a checkout was clearly in error, for example a duplicate charge, contact ethan@buildtuber.com.

Liability

The materials are provided as they are, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, there is no liability for losses arising from using them, including lost revenue, lost channels, or costs run up on third-party services.

Changes

These terms can change. The date at the top reflects the last revision, and continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the revised version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, USA, without applying its conflict-of-law rules to push the question somewhere else. Any dispute arising out of them belongs in the state or federal courts sitting in Wyoming. Nothing here removes a consumer protection that the law where you live gives you and does not allow you to waive.
